Received ancient Herbalism and healing practices growing up in a family of spiritual women’s healers.

Sana Wellness is created and based from her family foundations and also along her travels participating in courses and formal training.

Currently her main focus is to support women’s health during motherhood & the menopause journey.

Ayurvedic Massage

This massage ritual entails rhythmically using certified organic cold pressed sesame or coconut oil over the entire body for suitable anatomical realignment .

Brings a deep sense of relaxation , release blockages , improve sleep & reduce stress.

With majority of our sense organs located in our head this massage focus specific on the upper body . We invite you for a soothing massage on a chair to allow into deep state of relaxation rejuvenating all your senses.

Sound Bath

The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position often with a blanket and eye pillow.

After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath and active listening , the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession.

Sound bathing or sound healing session is a experience that deepen and expand many health benefits .

It’s always a different experience if you attend regularly and also for each individual they will experience and open themselves to a potential to reach on emotional, physiological and spiritual level on  a self healing journey.

All mats cushions , eye pillows & blankets to support comfort and relaxation will be provided.

 

Yoga

Vinyoga; combines breath and movement. A yoga practice that allows time to explore the posture and cultivate strength , flexibility, balance & body – mind awareness. Dynamic, gentle, and a therapeutic way to support students to quiet their thoughts.

Suitable for all levels. Modifications are offered so you can move and flow at your own pace.
