She offers the perfect blend to support students to accept where they find themselves, assist them to progress along their own unique path, and reconnect them with their inner Guru.
Anchored in the Ashtanga tradition – with gratitude for the wisdom and teachers that came before her – Jess began practicing yoga in 2001 and fell so deeply in love with the discipline, she now teaches private, group and corporate classes in order to share its gifts. Her more focused learning was born under the tutelage of Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci, commencing in 2016, where she realised the invaluable benefits of the teacher/student relationship. Jess has undertaken Vipassana in the Indian Himalaya and has worked with Bill Bennett on what he calls the ‘Personal Guidance System’. She has also worked with the High Commission of India, Canberra as lead demonstrator for the International Day of Yoga celebrations.

Astrological Illuminations
Following in her mother’s footsteps, Jess has studied western astrology, both formally and informally, for 30 years. Guided by your natal chart, she’ll take you on a journey into how the electro-magnetic and gravitational forces of the celestial bodies impact you and your world.
In her unique and seminal workshop, you’ll learn the tools to truly comprehend your chart, how it influences your health and wellbeing, and the way in which you project yourself into the world. You’ll also discover key spiritual growth-transits in your life. When we deepen our understanding of these powerful dynamics, we have the opportunity to harness the Divine energies at play and ultimately surrender to their illuminating lessons.

The Daily Brahma Muhurta meditation practice with Jess is the most powerful and accelerated way to find your life’s Divine purpose. Slow down, take a breath, spend time in nature and go deep within yourself. This is particularly so during Brahma Muhurta, the sacred time before sunrise, when your body, mind and spirit are scientifically proven to be in a more receptive state.
At this time of the morning, the pineal gland secretes melatonin at its maximum capacity, allowing you to become an unfettered conduit of the Divine. As has been said for thousands of years, spiritual activity performed during Brahma Muhurta – when the mind is inherently still – has a more profound effect than at any other time of the day.
You will be given the simple tools and guidance to connect with your true nature for this ancient pre-sunrise practice. Brahma Muhurta is your opportunity to deeply listen. This is where Divine guidance emerges and where epiphanies happen.

Yoga
Evening Restorative Yoga with Jess will focus on much more than the physical practice (Asana) and includes breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation in her sessions.
Disconnect from the external world and explore your inner landscape. A gentle, supportive Asana and meditation practice to unwind, down-regulate your nervous system, and prepare you for a restful sleep. Your whole being will benefit as will your Brahma Muhurta dawn practice.
