What is She - Babaeu all about?
Surfing
Whether it's your 1st time on a surfboard or your 100th time out there! Our fun team of professional surf instructors will adapt to your level of surfing and get you to that next level of catching waves un assisted, trimming and carving turns and perfecting the pop -ups and functional stance which will allow you to perform bigger and better turns as you progress in your surfing journey.
Sustainability
We live in a small coastal town surrounded by the national parks, protection of our eco -systems is important to keep enjoying the beaches as we do today. We share our efforts and responsibilities for you to leave with tools and inspiration to bring sustainable practices into your daily routine.
Movement
It is important to have a balance of movement in your everyday life whilst on retreat we practise a Surf Holistic movement, a dynamic flow to improve your mobility, stability, coordination, balance, conditioning and breathing skills tailored to benefit your surfing. Combined with our afternoon yoga classes to relieve muscle fatigue, create mental space and become more aware and in tune with your body.

At She- Babaeu is more than just a weekend of surfing we are all about supporting women in and out of the surf and educating our guests on small like minded eco -sustainable products founded and run by amazing women in their fields. All our partners are local women with small businesses who share the same passion and love for surfing.

Nutrition
Food is delicious and a weekend of jam packed surfing we need lots of it! Our on-site chef will curate a healthy and nourishing menu , always adapting to any dietary restrictions. But still cooking with creativity and flavours from all over the world to create the taste of all your favourite international destinations without having to make the journey.
Self -love
Is so important. Everything starts within you. We will give you the space and time to learn self-love practices for you to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life. Leave a better surfer, but also learn to love yourself and in the process no one becomes a pro overnight. Surfing is more than just a sport it is meditation of a whole new kind, we focus on skill but also FUN!
